Standard Vision Panel Door

The vision panel may be a single panel or may be interrupted between 800mm and 1150mm to accommodate a horizontal mid rail if necessary.

We offer two standard beading options either internal or external please note glass is not provided and the design is able to incorporate safety glass compliant with nzs 4223 3. Hardwood beads can be finished to match the door facing and are generally pin fixed punched and filled. Our standard vision panels can be fire rated in association with the standard bead details shown below. Our standard single glazed vision panels are all made with 6 38mm laminate.

Glazed vision panels are offered under the ifc certification scheme. All provide fd60 rating.

Our vision panel doors can be manufactured with flush grooved or pressed panel finish and are available in moisture resistant mr particle board solid core. Standard vision panels will suit doors from 32 45mm in thickness. We offer 3 types of glazing bead which can be chosen to suit the requirements of the project. A bead 2 pre lacquered timber bead.
